The principle of cooling by the cooling fan is to achieve the cooling effect by returning oil from the cooling equipment. 

If you want to increase the cooling fan power to achieve the cooling effect:

1. A corresponding bracket needs to be made to carry the HP400 cooler; 

2. It is necessary to increase the power of the oil pump to achieve a greater throughput of lubricating oil; 

3. The fuel tank needs to be enlarged to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil in the tank; 

The amount of work is relatively large and cumbersome, so we do not recommend changing it like this. If you want to achieve better cooling effect, here are some suggestions: 

1. Replace the HP300 with a new cooler (as the equipment is used longer and longer, the effect of the old cooler will become worse and worse). 

2. Place the gas station in a place with good ventilation. If conditions permit, you can add an electric fan to cool it down. 

3. If the oil station is in a confined space and it is inconvenient to move, it is recommended to install an air conditioner to achieve a very good cooling effect.
