Spare and wear parts adaptable to METSO ™ crushers
ONA manufactures spare and wear parts for METSO™ impact crushers. We manufacture wear parts for different models of machines: impact crushers, jaw crushers and cone crushers.
Metso™ crusher models
Some models of Metso™ impact crushers for which we supply spare parts:
NP1313 – NP1415 – NP1620 – NP2023 – NP1110 – NP1213 – NP1315 – NP1520 – NP1110 – NP1213 – NP1315 – NP1520
We manufacture, and usually have in stock, wear parts such as blow bars, impact plates, side liners and a long etcetera. And spare parts such as rotor, rotor shaft, impact plate holder, fasteners and hardware.
The blow bars bars are the main wear parts of this type of crusher. Depending on the working conditions and the material to be shredded, we can offer different qualities of blow bars.
In the case of primary crushing, we can offer mixer bars in manganese steel or in special martensitic steel -ACEMIN-2. In secondary crushing, we can opt for medium hardness high chrome blow bars, although it is important to avoid the entry of intractable elements into the crushing chamber of the mill. In the production of fine aggregates or sands we would already choose to use high chrome bars of maximum hardness. For any questions regarding the quality of the impact blow bars to be used, please contact our technical team who will advise you accordingly.
Naturally, the quality of all our products is guaranteed, and we are sure that our customers will be satisfied with our unbeatable value for money.

All names, marks, models, symbols and descriptions are used for reference purposes only and it is not implied that any of the parts/brands listed are the product of any company other than ONA. We are not agents or distributors for any of the above mentioned brands nor do we have any commercial relationship or association with them.
Heat treatment is vital to achieve the good quality and performance of blow bars. Manganese blow bars usually are water toughened only Chrome white iron blow bars are quenched and tempered Martensitic steel blow bars are annealed, quenched and tempered. Heat treatment temperature and procedures must be carefully and precisely set in order to achieve expected hardness, toughness, micro structure, and also avoid cracking and deflecting on blow bars.
Machining is necessary for some blow bars to achieve good flatness, straightness and roughness on the mounting areas. Especially for long strip high chrome white iron blow bars, machining on mounting areas is always compulsory.
Inspection is the only way to ensure the blow bars qualified for being used on crushers. A comprehensive inspection should include:
Chemical Testing Ultrasonic testing on inner defects Penetration or Magnetic testing on cracks
