Product Description

The frame bearing housing of the broken jaw or the temperature in the movable jaw is too high?

Cause of issue:
1. The bearing is short of oil, oil is cut off or too much oil is filled.

2. The oil hole is clogged, making it impossible to fill with oil.

3. The position of the counterweight of the flywheel is offset, making it difficult to stabilize the frame.

4. Axial movement of the fixed bushing

5. The bearings are worn and the cage is damaged.

6. The friction between the movable jaw seal sleeve and the top cover causes the temperature to rise, or the frame bearing cover and the main shaft move synchronously and the friction heats up.

Solution:
1. Read the instructions and fill in oil according to the instructions.

2. Clean the blockage in the oil hole and oil tank promptly

3. Adjust the attitude and position of the counterweight in the flywheel groove

4. Tighten the tightening bushing firmly

5. Replace with new bearings promptly

6. Replace the top cover and sealing sleeve, loosen the bearing top cover of the frame bearing housing, and use a fuse as a gasket and insert cover to press into the bearing seat to eliminate rotation.
