Product Details
Backing compound is made of high-strength epoxy resin and is used for replacing liner of various crushers. It is mainly used for pouring and filling of spring, hydraulic cone crusher, movable cone liner and body of gyratory crusher, fixed cone liner and frame. Crusher works in bad conditions, with great impact and vibration load. This product is used for filling and supporting the gap between liner and base of crusher, the gap between crushing barrel and jacket, supporting cone and protective layer. It is also used as buffer material when the equipment is impacted by crushed ore or load vibration; it is also used for structural reinforcement and anti-impact vibration of the gap between wear-resistant liner and cylinder of ball mill.
