The squeezed ore exerts huge pressure on the local surface of the liner, and the high-speed operation of the moving cone produces huge shear stress. The two act at the same time, and the main wear mode of the liner is chiseling, cutting and impact extrusion pits.

At the same time, the cone crusher must be fed evenly, the ore must be fed in the middle of the distribution plate, and the material cannot directly interact with the liner to prevent uneven wear of the liner.

Precautions for replacing the liner


When replacing the liner of the cone crusher, the wear of the fixed cone, adjustment ring, locking thread, counterweight and counterweight guard must be checked. If the wear is serious, a new one should be replaced, and then the liner should be installed. This can reduce the time for secondary replacement and disassembly, saving time and effort. After the liner is installed, it is necessary to check whether the center of the liner is aligned, otherwise the liner will collide during operation, resulting in serious wear of the liner.
