Part of our technical services consists in analyzing applications when the wear part is failing constantly increasing the production cost and diminishing the profits of the plant, besides recommending a higher grade of manganese of the wear part we could work with foundries to re-design or customize a cone crushing chamber configuration, modify the tooth profile of a jaw crusher die or change the metallurgy from manganese to chrome steel with ceramic inserts for the blow bars or anvils on a HSI or VSI.
