The single weight that can be casted at one time is 13 metric tons. The capacity is 80 tons per working day.

Yes, the CNC machine can machine material hardness from HB200 to HRC62.The maximum machining length is 8m and maximum width is 4m.

What information do we need to provide to you in order to confirm our parts order?

We work with technical drawings for any non-standard products. If the order is for standard parts, you only have to provide us with the part number so we may define the parts of the order.

Hydraulic Breaker is a type of construction machinery that is mounted on excavators, backhoes, skid steers, mini-excavators, and stationary plants. Driven by hydraulic power it breaks rocks into smaller sizes or demolishes concrete structures into manageable pieces.

According to the difference of the hydraulic breaker structure, we mainly categorize it as Side Type Breaker (side mounted breaker), Top Type Breaker (top mounted breaker) and Silence Type Breaker (also called box type or low noise type).

The silence type hydraulic breaker adopts full-closed housing design, it can protect the main body from damage. What’s more, the full-closed box design can reduces noise up to 50%.

In the application, the silence type hydraulic breaker is more eco-friendly than side type hydraulic breaker and top type hydraulic.The cylinder body is made of high-quality forged steel. Cryogenic treatment after heat treatment of the cylinder and piston greatly improves the strength and wear resistance of the cylinder and reduces the chance of strain.Adopt new machining equipment and advanced processing technology to ensure the quality of parts. Cylinder grinding adopts CNC vertical grinding machine to ensure the coaxiality of the cylinder and reduce the chance of strain during work.The cylinder body is tested by three coordinates, and the main engine is assembled after all are qualified. After the assembly is completed, carry out the impact test, and strictly check whether it is qualified, and then leave the factory.
