Product Overview
Many of our customers require wear-resistant copper sleeves when purchasing copper sleeves. Generally speaking, the higher the hardness, the higher the wear resistance, but this is relative. In terms of wear resistance alone, steel sleeves are more wear-resistant than copper sleeves, but steel sleeves are rarely used in actual use, and the shaft will wear out quickly. Usually, when designing a bushing type sliding bearing, the shaft and sleeve must be made of two materials. Since the shaft is rotating and the bushing is fixed, friction will inevitably occur during rotation, thereby causing wear on the shaft and bushing.
The machining and disassembly and assembly accuracy and assembly difficulty of the shaft are relatively large, and the bushing is fixed and easy to repair or replace. Therefore, when selecting the material, the bushing material is consciously selected to be softer, such as phosphor-tin bronze, aluminum-iron bronze, tin-zinc-lead bronze, etc. Different copper alloys are selected according to different use conditions, and the material selection of the shaft will be harder or more wear-resistant. In this way, in almost all shaft-bearing combinations, the shaft will be made of steel and the bushing will be made of copper. If rolling friction is used, the wear will be much smaller.
Brass is an alloy composed of copper and zinc. Brass composed of copper and zinc is called ordinary brass. Brass has strong wear resistance. Copper-zinc alloys with zinc content exceeding 45% have no practical value. The multi-element alloy composed of other alloying elements added to ordinary brass is called brass. Commonly added elements include lead, tin, aluminum, etc., which can be called lead brass, tin brass, and aluminum brass accordingly. Special brass has strong wear resistance, such as lead brass, which has excellent wear resistance and high strength.
High-strength brass is also one of them. High-strength brass, with the chemical formula of ZCu2n24Al6Fe4n3, has strong wear resistance. Aluminum bronze copper sleeve is a copper-based alloy with aluminum as the main alloying element. It is an aluminum bronze containing iron and manganese elements with high strength, good wear resistance, and good wear resistance. QAl10-3-15 aluminum bronze has high strength and friction resistance. 9-4-4-2 has high mechanical properties, excellent corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water, high corrosion fatigue strength, good castability and good wear resistance.
Tin bronze is bronze with tin as the main alloying element. The tin content is generally between 3-14%, mainly used to make elastic components and wear-resistant parts, and sometimes phosphorus, lead, zinc and other elements are added.
ZCuSn5Pb5zn5 is a cast copper alloy with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Add edit
10-1 copper sleeve has high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Adding lead to tin bronze can improve machinability and wear resistance.
Phosphor bronze adds a trace amount of phosphorus to tin bronze to increase the strength and hardness of the alloy, and has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which can increase wear resistance, hardness, fluidity and machinability.
We also can offer the OEM/ODM services of cone crusher parts. The product can be customized according to your personalized requirements, including the brand, label, painting colors, and packing box. Please offer your design documents or tell us your ideas and our R&D team will do the rest.
